Acceptance of your order will occur when we dispatch the products, at which point a shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent to you. A legally binding contract between you and Laneigemalls will be formed upon our acceptance of your order.

All product prices displayed on the Site are in United States Dollars (USD), which is the sole currency accepted for purchases on our Site.
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other secure payment methods as indicated on the checkout page. By providing your payment information, you warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method and that the information provided is accurate and complete.

3. Shipping and Delivery
We offer free shipping worldwide on all orders, with no minimum purchase requirement.
Order processing and dispatch times: We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-3 business days of order confirmation. Please note that processing times may be extended during peak periods (e.g., holidays, sales events) or due to unforeseen circumstances such as inventory adjustments.
Delivery times: The estimated delivery time for all orders is 6-12 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond our control (e.g., customs delays, carrier disruptions). We will provide you with a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery. You are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided is accurate and accessible. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery; standard free shipping terms will apply for re-delivery if the error is due to our mistake, otherwise additional shipping costs may apply.
4. Returns and Refunds

Return period: You may initiate a return for any unused, unopened product (in its original condition and packaging, in line with hygiene and safety requirements for skincare and makeup) within 60 days of receiving your order.

Refund processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned product (typically within 5-7 business days of delivery to our warehouse) and confirm it meets the return criteria, we will process your refund. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of processing, and you will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.

Exceptions: Customized products, "Final Sale" items, and products that are opened, used, damaged, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for return or refund, unless the product is defective (see our Refund Policy for details on defective products).
5. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. If a product you have ordered becomes unavailable after your order has been confirmed, we will contact you promptly to inform you of the unavailability and offer you the option to either cancel the order (with a full refund) or substitute the product with a similar product of equal or greater value (with your consent).
