Acceptance of your order will occur when we dispatch the products, at which point a shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent to you. A legally binding contract between you and Laneigemalls will be formed upon our acceptance of your order.

All product prices displayed on the Site are in United States Dollars (USD), which is the sole currency accepted for purchases on our Site.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times: The estimated delivery time for all orders is 6-12 business days from the date of dispatch. Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery. You are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided is accurate and accessible. Return period: You may initiate a return for any unused, unopened product (in its original condition and packaging, in line with hygiene and safety requirements for skincare and makeup) within 60 days of receiving your order.

Refund processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned product (typically within 5-7 business days of delivery to our warehouse) and confirm it meets the return criteria, we will process your refund. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of processing, and you will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.

Exceptions: Customized products, "Final Sale" items, and products that are opened, used, damaged, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for return or refund, unless the product is defective (see our Refund Policy for details on defective products).
5. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
